As a trained butcher and chef, he draws on his 42 years of experience and was awarded a Michelin star, "best Italian cuisine" in Germany and 18 points in the "Innovation of the Year" category in Gault Millau while he was working as a chef.
Today, he is a self-employed show cook, guest chef, cookbook author, owns online cooking schools for adults and children, and works as a - food product developer, consultant and coach in the areas of gastronomic concept development.
As a personal and social commitment, he has launched the prevention project "Sterneküche macht Schule" together with the 'Knappschaft'. Stefan Marquardt, just like RÖSLE, focuses on sustainability, health, regionality and simplicity.
Since March 2021, he has been running an online cooking school called "Punkrock Kochschule". This cooking school is equipped with RÖSLE products and thus offers people of all ages a wonderful cooking experience. Stefan Marquard's life is all about cooking. Cooking is his great passion, and he wants to share this passion with his students in the cooking school. Whether for the little kids or the adults - fresh cuisine should be fun.
