Asparagus and salmon rolls

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 150 g herb cream cheese 
  • 12 spears of green asparagus 
  • salt 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil 
  • 400 g smoked salmon

Preparation:
To make the salmon and asparagus rolls, first wash the green asparagus and peel the bottom end. Cook the green asparagus in our asparagus pot and rinse with cold water after cooking. Then cut the spears in half.
Mix the lemon juice and sunflower oil well and marinate the asparagus in it for approx. 10 minutes. Spread 1 slice of smoked salmon with a little herb cream cheese, top with 2 asparagus halves and roll up into asparagus and salmon rolls.
For the right aroma, cook the rolls in the aroma steamer for a little longer.
