Rosle USA, Inc. Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States, just continental United States. Primary shipping method is UPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will not be shipped. Express and/or Overnight and 2nd Day delivery services are not available at this time.
Available store items are typically shipped (processed, packed, and submitted to UPS) within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. Any orders received after 3pm, or during Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day which is Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Customers are notified via e-mail of any backorder situations and have the option to cancel the backorder prior to shipment.
Rosle USA, Inc. Returns & Exchange Policy
Items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged.
Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and should be sent back to us in the original shipping carton.
Rosle USA, Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.
Rosle USA, Inc. Sales Tax Policy
Shipments to residents are subject to applicable sales taxes. No sales taxes are applicable elsewhere at this time.
