Up to a gross merchandise value of 20 EUR, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 3.95 EUR. If the gross value of goods exceeds 20 EUR, we ship free of charge throughout Germany and to Austria.
By default, we ship only within Germany and to Austria. Depending on the size of your order, the shipment will be made by DHL, DPD or by freight forwarding. In case of delivery by forwarding agency we need your telephone number to notify the delivery.
Please note: The delivery of BBQ items can only be made to a home address. Delivery to a packing station is not possible.
Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
