According to Section 6 (3) of the Packaging Ordinance, the obligations under Section 6 (1) and (2) do not apply to packaging for which the manufacturer or distributor participates in a dual system that guarantees regular collection or disposal of used sales packaging from private end consumers or in their vicinity throughout the catchment area. We are therefore affiliated with a comprehensive disposal system. You can therefore return all packaging that you receive with our products free of charge to a municipal collection point or a disposal company in your area. Please contact your local waste disposal facility for information on current disposal methods.
