The carving knife is made of hardened special blade steel X50CrMoV15, a high-quality alloy of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium. This combination of materials ensures:

Note:
Due to the natural properties of the knife handle, the handle may expand if the humidity is too high and shrink if the humidity is too low. This is a normal physical process. Shrunken handles can be placed in damp kitchen paper for approx. 4 hours, after which they will return to their original shape. Swollen handles must be dried, in this case it is usually sufficient to store them in a standard climate for approx. 1-2 weeks.
It is therefore recommended that knives are stored in a standard climate of 21 °C and 50 relative humidity.
