Full lines, full commitment - we're on it!

Dear customer, 

It's peak season for us at the moment - and it's not just our shipping departments that are feeling it, but also our customer service.

Whether it's questions about an order, individual requests for advice or feedback on a product, we are currently receiving significantly more inquiries than usual. 

It may therefore take a little longer for us to respond to your request personally - but don't worry: we haven't forgotten about you! Our team is doing everything it can to answer every message as quickly and carefully as possible.

Christmas is approaching and at RÖSLE, the upcoming break is already looming.

We would like to inform you that our team will be on company vacation from December 24, 2025, through January 6, 2026.

During this period, the service desk and logistics department will be closed and no responses will be provided.  

We will be back in business on January 7, 2026, ready to handle product inquiries, complaints, shipping issues, and everything else you expect from us.

And don't worry, we will of course take into account any cancellation periods that fall during the holiday period. Goodwill is part of the Christmas season for us.
