Shipping and payment information

A.Shipping costs and information: 

The goods can only be shipped to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent. In the case of delivery by forwarding agent, we require your telephone number to notify us of the delivery. Grills and spare parts with 50mbar can only be delivered to DE and AT, and grills and spare parts with 30mbar can only be delivered to the Netherlands.

Please note: BBQ items are delivered from a different warehouse to kitchen items. If you place an order consisting of BBQ and kitchen items, you will receive several packages. In addition, BBQ items can only be delivered to one home address. Delivery to a Packstation is not possible.

In DE/AT the shipping costs are a flat rate of 3.95 euros up to a gross value of 20 euros. If the gross value of goods exceeds 20,- Euro we ship to Germany and Austria free of charge. In the Netherlands, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.95 euros up to a gross value of 200 euros. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 200,- Euro we ship free of charge to the Netherlands.

B. Payment information:

I. For deliveries within Germany

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options:

  1. Direct debit (SEPA-direct debit)
  2. Credit card
  3. Payment via Paypal

II. For deliveries outside Germany
We offer the following payment options for deliveries abroad:
  1. Direct debit (SEPA-direct debit)
  2. Prepayment by bank transfer (eps, iDEAL)
  3. Credit card
  4. Payment via Paypal

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Direct debit (SEPA-direct debit)
After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct bank details during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds. The direct debit will be collected when the goods you have ordered leave our warehouse.

2. Prepayment by bank transfer (eps, iDEAL)
Pay easily, quickly and securely via the online banking of your participating bank.

3. Credit Card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

4. Payment via Paypal
Pay conveniently and easily with your Paypal account.

D. Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
