Multi-purpose high casserole for searing meat and cooking dumplings, vegetables, pasta and soups.
Special Features:
- The lid can be hooked into the side of the pot handle. The resulting condensation is collected directly at the edge of the lid. This keeps the hob clean.
- Ideally suited for integrated cooktop extractor fans. The steam is extracted directly from the side of the pot and does not collect in the kitchen.
- The innovative lid with integrated pouring function makes the pot holder and strainer superfluous. With two fixed lid positions, a wide variety of foods can be strained:
- Remove the lid: Draining large food, e.g. potatoes, broccoli...
- Lid sits well: Draining fine food, e.g. noodles, peas...
- Made from 18/10 stainless steel with glass lid (heat resistant up to 160 °C | 320 °F)
- The encapsulated base with aluminium core retains heat effectively and guarantees quick and even heat transmission
- Silicone coating on handles and lid protect from heat (temperature-resistant up to 200 °C | 392 °F)
- Continuous silicone rim on the lid, for quiet cooking without rattling
