Preparation

    1. Preheat the waffle iron well.
    2. Place the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    3. Then separate the eggs and beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff. Lightly beat the egg yolks in another bowl.
    4. Then add the butter, milk and vanilla to the egg yolks and stir in the dry ingredients until everything is combined.
    5. Finally, carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the other ingredients.
    6.

    Lightly grease the waffle iron with a little butter or oil an bake the waffles until they are golden brown.

    7. Finally, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with the berries.
