Preparation

1. To prepare, finely chop the cranberries, the pecans and the white chocolate, then sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir the butter, sugar and egg until foamy and then add the flour-baking powder-salt mixture.
2. Then add the chopped cranberries, pecans and finely chopped chocolate to the rest of the dough and form palm-sized patties from the dough with your hands.
3. Place the patties on the baking parchment with sufficient space between them and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 °C, bottom - top heat for approx. 10 to 12 minutes.

Tip: Shape the dough patties with slightly damp hands, then the dough will not stick to your fingers. The cookies must still be nice and soft when you take them out of the oven, as they will harden when they cool down.
