Preparation

    1. First check the fillet for bones and, if necessary, remove them with the bone tongs. Also remove the skin with a filleting knife.
    2. Then slice the salmon fillet lengthways and spread with the cream cheese and top with dill and chives. Then carefully roll up the salmon fillet.
    3. Place the salmon rolls on the grill plate and grill for about 3 - 4 minutes on both sides. Finally, season the salmon rolls with a little salt and serve immediately.
