The functional part has a diameter of 2.8 cm and has a soft and a hard side.
The soft side adapts to bowl and pan curves. The hard side is suitable for clean smoothing.
The dough scraper can also be used in non-stick frying pans and is ideal for getting the last of the dough out of a jam jar.
