Great product for fresh mozzarella slicing.
Every spring and summer I try and enjoy a great caprese salad and this quality tool by Rösle makes the assembly so much easier. The blades are thin, razor sharp and serrated. Another true example of Rosle quality products. Highly recommend.

With 10 parallel serrated blades tomatoes or mozzarella cheese are neatly cut into equal slices. The base from synthetic material ensures a neat and perfect cut right through. Two handles for a safe grip and ergonomic work.
