Barbecue accessories for kettle barbecues and smokers

If you have opted for a RÖSLE smoker, the basic equipment with grill grate, smoker holder and smoker hook is already included in the scope of delivery. And of course our kettle barbecues are also supplied with the matching grill grate - whether it's a side-folding turning grate for NO.1 SPORT or the AIR series grill grate, which can also be folded in the middle.

Our anniversary model NO.1 AIR F60 NERO already comes with the convertible VARIO+ grill grate, alternatively you can order it for RÖSLE kettle barbecues with a diameter of 60 cm.

The RÖSLE gourmet ring including pizza rack is a great alternative for all other kettle barbecues with a diameter of 60 cm. Simply insert your pizza through the opening so that it bakes just like in a stone oven. Large poultry and anything that needs to be grilled on a spit is also in good hands in the gourmet ring, on which you can also place a second grill rack.

Steaks and poultry, salmon and trout get that special kick from smoked flavors. To do this, place aromatic chips from our range in a special smoker box. Or you can use a smoking board (smoking plank), which is placed directly on the grill grate.

Grill attachments and grill inserts for BBQ stations with VARIO+

RÖSLE grill grates are made of stainless steel or cast iron (exception: NO.1 Belly with chrome-plated steel grill grate).One of the advantages of stainless steel is that it is particularly durable, easy to clean and highly temperature-resistant. However, experienced barbecuers also swear by cast iron, as the material retains heat even better and therefore allows a perfect branding to be applied to the food. Which material you choose therefore depends largely on your personal preferences.

You can order the VARIO+ barbecue grid system online as an accessory for kettle barbecues with a diameter of 60 cm and for our VIDERO gas barbecues.

Compared to the simple barbecue grid, this is actually a sophisticated system that can be combined with the following barbecue accessories:

• VARIO pizza stone for preparing pizza, bread or tarte flambée, baked to a crisp on a round stone made of heat-resistant cordierite, which is also suitable for use in the oven.
• VARIO grill plate, perfect for arranging short roasts. The reversible plate has a ribbed and a smooth side and prevents fat from dripping into the hot embers.
• Wok VARIO made of enameled cast iron for preparing popular dishes such as ramen or curries. The wok, which is also suitable for use on the hob, can also be used to sear meat, fish and vegetables at lightning speed.

The easiest way to store the grill inserts is on a stainless steel VARIO holder, which has three hooks for storing VARIO grill plates, grill stones or pizza stones to save space.

Grill grates, grill plates and other accessories for all RÖSLE barbecues

We also have grill grates and grill plates for your RÖSLE barbecue without the VARIO+ grill grate system in our range, for example a stainless steel grill grate for the G2 to G6 BBQ stations. The small bar spacing ensures that nothing can slip through when grilling.

Griddles are an excellent barbecue accessory if you want to serve your guests finger food or Mediterranean specialties. Our VIDERO G2 to G6 grill plate can be used on both sides and, like the cast iron grill plates for MAGNUM models, contributes to an excellent finish.

Holidaymakers in Spain may already have come across a plancha grill plate, which we also have in our range as a grill accessory for the VIDERO and MAGNUM models. The porcelain-enameled cast iron griddle plate is equipped with high sides and a grease drip tray and is therefore ideal for preparing Mediterranean grilled dishes, but also for omelettes, fried eggs and more.

The high edges of the plancha grill plate make it easier to turn and portion the food. You can order the matching plancha turners online at the same time.

Another reason why grill plates are so popular is that they make it easier to serve food straight from the grill while it is still steaming. However, as the roasted aromas can develop best when fish and meat are exposed to direct smoke, experienced barbecuers leave the food to cook briefly in a closed barbecue with a smoker box containing smoking chips, which you can also order in several versions.

Our holders and skewers are an alternative or addition to the grill plate. You can find the right rack for almost any food online, for example as a fish holder, chicken rack, roast and rib holder or potato holder. The holders can be placed anywhere on the grid and ensure, for example, that the smoky aroma is also absorbed inside the trout or gilthead. And since you no longer need aluminum foil when cooking the potatoes in the holder, the enjoyment is even more sustainable.

Barbecue cutlery and barbecue sets

To ensure that everything goes perfectly when barbecuing, it is worth purchasing high-quality barbecue cutlery. The basic equipment includes barbecue tongs, a barbecue turner and barbecue gloves. You can also get tongs and bone tongs, burger turners, wok spoons, pulled pork forks and many other useful tools individually or as a set.

You should also order steak cutlery at the same time, because even the best barbecue skills are useless if the meat is then cut with a blunt knife. Our barbecue knife sets, pizza sets and burger sets are also practical barbecue accessories.

Barbecue covers, brushes and cleaners

At the end of the barbecue season, it's time to clean the BBQ station one last time and then put it safely under the hood. In the RÖSLE online store, you will find the right cover made of weatherproof polyester with a PU or PEVA coating for each of our barbecues. Cleaning is easiest with an angled cleaning brush or a cleaning brush with slide function, as you need to apply less pressure than with conventional brushes.
